Children are expected to wear School uniform. Most items are widely available in the high street. Ties, PE shorts and shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and sweat cardigans with the school logo can be purchased from Hewitts. We recommend that reflective strips are attached to raincoats/anoraks. Every item should be clearly marked with the child’s name. Lost property is placed in a cupboard and cleared weekly. Unmarked items are disposed of at the end of term. If ears are pierced only studs are allowed. No jewellery, including ear studs, is to be worn during PE lessons. Hair must be tied back by a hairtie coloured red, white or black. Hair dye is inappropriate for primary age children and hair styling products such as gel, wax or spray should not be worn as it can mark school equipment. The uniform is as follows:
Trousers – charcoal grey, tailored, long or short
Skirt – Charcoal grey. (Grey pinafore dress may only be worn in Reception class.)
Christ Church sweatshirt* or cardigan*- red with logo
Polo Shirt (long or short sleeves)* – white
Shirt (Optional for Year 3 and up only) – white, must be worn with tie -red/black stripe*
Summer Dress – cotton checked red/white.
Socks – grey with shorts and trousers, white with dresses and skirts.
Tights – red or grey
Shoes – black, velcro or buckles preferred for young children, no trainers or open toed sandals
Raincoat/anorak* – plain dark blue (or with school logo from Hewitts), plain black, plain grey or Christ Church red
Scarf* – red with school logo
Fleece Hat* – red with school logo
School cap* (baseball style) – red with school logo
School bookbag* – red with school logo
PE KIT:
T Shirt* – White, plain or with school logo
Shorts* – Black
